Yes. You can easily point your existing domain to our servers by updating your nameservers or A records. Our support team is available if you need any assistance with the connection.

Does CloudPanel include an email server?

No, CloudPanel does not include a built-in email server.

CloudPanel is designed as a control panel optimized for hosting and managing web applications, prioritizing performance, security, and simplicity in production environments. Managing an email server requires advanced configuration, ongoing maintenance, IP reputation management, spam protection, compliance with standards such as SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and continuous monitoring to prevent blacklisting.

To ensure maximum stability and email deliverability, it is recommended to use specialized email services that provide dedicated infrastructure and advanced reputation and security systems.

If you would like, we can assist you free of charge in selecting and configuring the most suitable email service for your domain.

Do you offer a free domain name?

We provide a free domain registration for the first year, exclusively for clients subscribed to our Business or Enterprise plans.

Can I use the Premium Plugins on external sites?

No. The premium licenses for Divi, Bit Form, ElementsKit and WPvivid PRO are provided as a value-added service specifically for websites hosted on your MarcyTech Solutions. They cannot be activated on external servers or sites hosted elsewhere.

Can I move my Premium Plugin activation from one site to another?

Yes. Each CloudPanel VPS plan comes with a specific activation limit for Premium Plugins. However, you have the flexibility to deactivate a license on one site and move it to another within your server if you have reached your plan's limit. Open a Support Ticket to change the activation of any of your Premium Plugins to another site.

Is my server backed up automatically?

Yes. We perform a full backup of your server every 24 hours. You have the flexibility to restore your data at any time directly from your client area or by requesting assistance from our team.

Are domain registrations refundable?

No. Once a domain is registered, it is a non-refundable purchase as it is immediately secured in your name with the global registry. The domain is yours for the duration of the registration, and you may transfer it to any provider at any time by opening a support ticket.

Is the server security managed by MarcyTech?

Yes. We handle the initial hardening, firewall configuration, and ongoing security patches for the operating system, so you don't have to worry about the technical details.
